Installation of AR1828 Check Valve Kit
1. Remove the valve caps on the pump.
2. Clean the valve caps and the sockets.
3. Take out the old valves with a pair of pliers. Use a pick to take out the old O-rings.
4. Install the new O-ring and valves.
Installation of AR1857 Packing Kit
1. Remove the guides with a small reversible plier or a slide hammer.
2. Use a pick to remove the seal within the guide. Make sure not to scratch the guide or puncture the O-Ring.Push the new seal back in pinch. Make sure the new seals’ the flat side are facing up when inside the guide.
3. Replace the O-Rings on the guides.
4. Install the new high-pressure seals after placing the support rings back. Push the guides back with the flat side facing up.
